  1. Legal Framework for Business Customers<\/b> Our company addresses exclusively business professionals (B2B). Therefore, the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumers (B2C) does <\/span>not<\/b> apply to our transactions. Legally, as wholesalers, we are not obliged to accept returns of products that have been correctly ordered and delivered.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    However, as your satisfaction is our priority, we voluntarily offer the option to return products (Return Service), subject to the following strict conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Deadline & Conditions (14 Days)<\/b> You may request to return purchased products within <\/span>14 days<\/b> from the date of receipt. Acceptance of the return is at the sole discretion of our company and requires the following:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      • Condition:<\/b> Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Packaging:<\/b> Products must be returned in their <\/span>original factory packaging<\/b>, which must be in perfect condition (no tears, writing, or courier tape directly on the box). All protective materials (styrofoam, films) must be included.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        1. Return Costs & Restocking Fee<\/b> Since the return option is a voluntary service, the following charges apply:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          • Shipping Costs:<\/b> Return shipping costs to our warehouse are to be borne <\/span>solely by the customer<\/b>. Our company does not cover return transport costs.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Restocking Fee:<\/b> For every return of non-defective goods, the company reserves the right to withhold a percentage of <\/span>15% to 20%<\/b> of the net product value. This amount covers administrative costs, technical inspection, repackaging, and restocking of the merchandise. The exact percentage is determined based on the product category and the condition of the packaging.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • The remaining amount (product value minus the restocking fee) will be credited to the customer’s account or offset against a future order.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            1. Exceptions (Non-returnable items)<\/b> Returns are not accepted for:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              • Spare parts and consumables.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Products that have been unpacked and used (e.g., connected to utilities or used for cooking).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                1. Transport Damages<\/b> The customer is obliged to inspect the products in the presence of the driver upon delivery. Any damage to the packaging or the product must be <\/span>mandatorily<\/b> noted on the carrier’s Delivery Note (Waybill). Subsequent claims for transport damages that were not declared upon receipt will not be recognized.<\/span><\/li>\n
                2. Important Notes & Technical Installation Requirements<\/b> Failure to comply with the following installation instructions may void the product warranty:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  • Free Shipping:<\/span><\/i>* Applies exclusively to deliveries within Germany (excluding islands\/mountain stations) subject to minimum order conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Electrical Connection:<\/b> Devices delivered without a plug\/cable must be installed by a licensed electrician.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Dishwashing Equipment:<\/b> Installation of dishwashers requires a professional technician and the <\/span>mandatory<\/b> use of a suitable water treatment system (water softener). Damage caused by limescale is not covered by the warranty.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Gas Appliances:<\/b> Installation, connection, and gas type conversion must be carried out exclusively by a certified gas technician.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Refrigeration Equipment:<\/b> Installation must be performed by a professional refrigeration technician.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Water Connection:<\/b> Devices with a fixed water connection must be installed by a plumber, using appropriate filters\/softeners.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Images:<\/b> Product photos are indicative and may differ from the actual product.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    The company reserves the right to request proof of installation by a certified technician in the event of a warranty claim.<\/span><\/i>
