Terms of Purchase & Installation Instructions

To ensure the proper operation of your equipment and to maintain your warranty rights, please read the following instructions carefully:

1. Installation by a Qualified Technician
The safety and longevity of your equipment depend on correct installation.

• Electrical Appliances: For appliances delivered without a plug, connection and commissioning must be performed by a licensed electrician.

• Gas Appliances: Connection and commissioning must only be carried out by a certified gas technician.

• Professional Dishwashers: Commissioning requires technical inspection.

o Important: For dishwashers without a built-in descaling system, the use of an external water softener is mandatory to prevent limescale damage and ensure optimal results.

2. Access & Dimension Check (Prior to Ordering) Due to the large volume of commercial equipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that:

• The unit can pass through doors, entrances, and hallways of the premises.

• There is sufficient clearance for maneuvering to the final installation point.

Note: If the equipment cannot fit through the doors upon delivery, any costs for return shipping or the use of a crane/hoist will be borne exclusively by the customer.

3. Important Notice Regarding Goods Receipt (Damage Inspection) Product acceptance must be handled with extreme care:

• The customer or an authorized recipient must unpack and inspect the products in the presence of the carrier.

• Any transport damage must be recorded in detail on the shipping documents and confirmed by the recipient's signature.

• Subsequent claims for damages not noted upon delivery cannot be accepted by our company or the transport insurance.
