Shipping and Delivery Terms

► Self-Pickup

You are welcome to collect your goods directly from us. Please arrange an appointment with our customer service in advance so that we can prepare your products for pickup on time.
In this case, the Customer is responsible for ensuring safe loading of the goods for transport.

► Delivery Within Germany

Depending on size and weight, your order will be shipped via parcel service or freight forwarder.
The choice of logistics partner is at the sole discretion of GOLDENGASTRO.

• Order value up to €300.00 (net): Flat shipping fee of €14.90 plus VAT
• Order value from €300.00 (net): Free shipping
  (excluding islands and mountain locations)

Important Delivery Information:

• Curbside delivery: Delivery is made as standard “free to curbside.” Transport of the goods into the building and disposal of packaging materials are not included in the price.
• Access: The Customer must ensure that the delivery address is accessible by truck (up to 7.5 tons). Any additional costs caused by narrow roads or delivery restrictions shall be borne by the Customer.
• Island surcharges: Deliveries to German islands or mountain locations are subject to additional charges. These costs will be communicated separately in the order confirmation.

► Assembly and Installation

Assembly or installation of the equipment is not part of our standard service.
If you require assistance with setup, please contact our customer service for an individual quotation.

► Important Notice Regarding Acceptance of Goods (Transport Damage)

The Customer or an authorized representative is obliged to unpack the goods upon delivery, in the presence of the driver, and to immediately check them for completeness and damage.

• Damage: Visible damage must be clearly noted in detail on the shipping documents and confirmed by the driver’s signature.
• Subsequent claims: We expressly point out that concealed transport damage reported only after the driver has left cannot be recognized by the insurance company.

The prices listed below are indicative rates per pallet. Actual costs depend on quantity, weight, and destination postal code.
The final shipping price will be provided in the order confirmation.
