Description
The “Catrine” Gas Pasta Boiler by Visvardis is designed for the most demanding kitchens.
Designed for kitchens that require the speed of gas and maximum convenience. The MG15CAT boiler is a “factory” for pasta (15Lt) with a powerful 9 kW for instant boiling.
It features tanks made of AISI 316 for absolute resistance to salt and, most importantly: Standard water INLET valve for effortless filling, setting new standards in ergonomics.
Speed, Durability & Unmatched Convenience
- ✅ Gas Power & Absolute Control (9 kW) The high thermal power burner guarantees instant recovery of boiling. Control is done directly via the
gas tap, giving you the flexibility for small or large flames, while the complete safety package (pilot, thermocouples, automatic ignition) ensures peace of mind. -
✅ Standard Inlet & Outlet Valve This is the “key” to ergonomics. Unlike other devices, it features a standard built-in tap (inlet valve) for effortless filling of the tank. Combined with the standard outlet valve (for emptying), water management is done quickly.
-
✅️ Absolute Corrosion Resistance (AISI 316) The pressed tanks are made of stainless 18/10 AISI 316. This material (superior to 304) offers maximum protection against corrosion caused by continuously salted water, ensuring years of trouble-free operation.
Quality & Safety Guarantee
Manufactured according to the strictest hygiene and safety guidelines.
The product bears CE marking and meets all requirements of EU directives.
The material fully complies with European food standards.
