The “Catrine” Gas Griddle will satisfy even the most demanding professionals.
Product Description
Designed for kitchens that require impressive power and immediate response, the gas griddle is the ultimate solution. With a total power of 19 kW from a high-performance burner, it guarantees rapid and perfectly even cooking.
Its robust, “heavy-duty” construction from AISI 304 ensures durability for years. And at the end of the day, the fully removable iron plate turns cleaning from a chore into a simple process.
Main Benefits
Top Power, Durability & Ease
- ✅ Impressive Power & Even Cooking (19 kW) The high-performance burner (19 kW) ensures rapid preheating and, most importantly, absolutely even heat distribution across the plate. Cook quickly, without “cold” spots and with no energy loss.
- ✅ “Heavy-Duty” Construction (AISI 304) Entirely made from stainless non-magnetic steel (AISI 304), it is built to withstand the toughest daily use, fats, and high temperatures. A true investment for your kitchen.
- ✅ Revolutionary Cleaning (Removable Plate) The most difficult part of the day becomes easy. The iron plate is fully detachable from the unit, allowing for thorough and deep cleaning. Together with the removable grease collector, hygiene becomes faster than ever.
- ✅ Absolute Control & Space Saving It features a complete safety package: thermocouples, pilot & automatic ignition. The 2-position switch provides flexibility, while the built-in cabinet offers valuable storage space.
Quality & Safety Guarantee
- Manufactured according to the strictest hygiene and safety guidelines.
- The product bears the CE marking and complies with all EU directive requirements.
- The material (AISI 304) fully complies with European food standards.
